Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith the schedule of Earnings Call to be held on February 10 2023 at 8:30 AM (IST) on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2022.

Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2022 and2. Payment of Interim Dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23.Further to our letter dated December 29 2022 informing about the closure of Trading Window of the Company from January 1 2023 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months period ended December 31 2022 we inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed up to February 11 2023 and shall be re-opened on February 12 2023.
