In continuation to the outcome of Board Meeting submitted vide our letter dated March 7 2025 and pursuant to the Listing Regulations we hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 77000 Unsecured Rated Listed Redeemable Subordinated Non-Convertible Lower Tier II Bonds in the nature of Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 100000/- each categorized as Tier II Capital for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 770 crores on a private placement basis.Please refer attachment for details.
