We hereby inform that the Bank has allotted 92792 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on 27th January 2023 pursuant to exercise of equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the ESOP Schemes as per the applicable regulations.The paid-up equity share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 6665121110 to Rs. 6666049030.
