Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that in accordance with ACCL Insider Code framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and amendments thereof the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st April 2025 till the close of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2025 to the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly all the Insiders and their Immediate Relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.The date of Board meeting for declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2025 will be intimated in due course.
