We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. February 10 2025 inter-alia approved and taken on record the following businesses:1. Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report issued by statutory auditor of the Company.2. Other businesses incidental and ancillary to the Companys business.
