The Board of Directors at its meeting held today inter-alia considered and adopted revised Code of Conducts and Policies for the Company which will be effective from the 18th January 2025 due to the various amendments have been taken place in applicable Rules and Regulations.Copy of the Code of Conducts and Policies has been duly approved by Board of Directors and same is being posted on the new Website of the Company i.e. http://www.amboagritec.com/

Delay in submission of resignation of Mr. Ajay Basil.

The Company is enclosing herewith a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 for the quarter ended 31st December2024 received from M/s. Cameo Corporate Services Limited the Registrar and Transfer Agent of the Company.

Pursuant to Regulation 32 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD1/162/2019 dated 24th December2019 please note that there are no Deviation(s) or Variation(s) in respect of the utilisation of the proceed of Preferential issue of Convertible Warrants as mentioned in the object of raising funds. A Statement confirming that there is no Deviation or Variation in the utilisation of these proceeds for the quarter ended 31st December2024.
