Hockey World Cup Quarterfinal Highlights
It was yet another evening of exciting hockey at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha. Germany, after being 0-2 down for the first 56 minutes of the game, came back brilliantly to make it 2-2 at the end of the match and then beat England 4-3 in Shoot-Out to march to the semi-final.
In the second game of the evening, the Netherlands turned out to be too good for the Koreans who had upset Argentina in their last game. The Dutch won 5-1 to make it to yet another semi-final of a World Cup. The four semi-finalists of the tournament as predicted beforehand by many pundits are Australia, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.

It was one of the most entertaining games we have seen at the Hockey World Cup. With just a minute to go, the Germans drew level to make it 2-2 with just a minute to go. Germany had also missed a penalty stroke, before scoring two goals in last three minutes to push the game into a shoot-out where they won 4-3 as Goodfield and Liam Ansell missed their shots.
The Netherlands vs Korea, Hockey World Cup Quarterfinal
The Dutch have won the game fair and square 5-1 as the Koreans were no match for them. Koen Bijen scored twice for the Dutch while Van Heijningen Steijn, Beins Teun and Blok Justen scored one goal each to get to five goals. For Korea, Seo Inwoo scored the only goal.
