Subex update on termination of GDR program

Subex has issued a notice of termination dated 28 June 2022 to the Bank of New York, the depository of the Company's global depository receipt program (GDR Program), to terminate the deposit agreement dated 07 April 2006 and the supplemental restricted deposit agreement dated 19 July 2006, as amended by the amendment agreement dated 08 March 2007 (Amended and Restated Depositary Agreement) and to terminate the GDR Program.
