Oil India announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 July 2022

Oil India announced that Sushil Chandra Mishra [DIN: 084900951 has superannuated from the services of the Company after close of working hours on 30 June 2022 and hence ceased to be Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01 July 2022.

Further, Harish Madhav, Director (Finance) of the Company, has assumed the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of the Company w.e.f. 01 July 2022.
