CCI approves Google's proposed investment of Rs 5224.38 cr in Bharti Airtel
Bharti Airtel announced that the Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the proposed investment of Rs. 5224.38 crore (USD 700 million) by Google International LLC in the Company, vide issuance of upto 71,176,839 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each by the Company at a price of Rs. 734/- per equity share.
