JM Financial allots 3.82 lakh equity shares under ESOS

JM Financial has allotted 3,82,803 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1 each under ESOS. Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 95,47,62,288/- representing 95,47,62,288 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1 each.
