The Board of Vodafone Idea at its meeting held on 03 August 2022 has appointed Anjani Kumar Agrawal (DIN : 08579812), as an Additional Director, qualifying as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from 27 August 2022, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
