The Board of Prism Johnson at its meeting held on 03 August 2022 has appointed Anil Kulkarni, as Chief Executive Officer (RMC) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from 29 August 2022.The company announced that Atul Desai will retire as Executive Director & CEO (RMC) on the expiry of his term with effect from the close of business hours on 28 August 2022
