Board approves second interim dividend of Rs 4 per share with face value of Rs 5

Revenue from operations increased to Rs 42,320.72 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year from Rs 23,021.64 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue rose 44% to Rs 24,353 cr

ONGC had logged a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 11,691 crore in the corresponding period of FY19.

Standalone net profit in the period at Rs 4,152 crore was 49.8 per cent lower than Rs 8,263 crore net profit in the same period of the previous fiscal year

Absence of one-time gain seen in same period of FY16 at Rs 389 cr also impacted profit margins
