Filmmaker Karan Johar says he doesn't believe in the common perception among storytellers that commercial films are meant for theatrical release and art-house films are ideal for digital platforms. Filmmaker Vinay Shukla's documentary "While We Watched", featuring news anchor Ravish Kumar, has bagged an award at the 2022 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The film, titled "Namaskar! The two films have bagged 19 and 15 nominations, respectively, closely followed by Vicky Kaushal-starrer "Sardar Udham" and Taapsee Pannu-led "Rashmi Rocket" with 13 and 11 nods each, the organisers said Sunday in a press release.
