Unacceptable to lodge FIR against person who complains against faulty EVM, VVPAT: Women activist Annie Raja
New Delhi, May 08 (ANI): Women activist Annie Raja filed the RTI against for the action being taken on the people who file FIR against the malfunctioning of VVPAT and EVMs. While speaking to ANI, she said, "There is a movement all over the country, regarding the VVPAT and EVM's. The issue is being raised. If a person complains about the issue being reported in VVPATs and EVM, then FIR is lodged against that person, who has reported the issue against EVM and VVPAT. This is completely unacceptable and illegal. We are demanding cent percent counting of VVPAT".
