Manohar Parrikar’s son Utpal to contest Goa elections as Independent candidate from Panaji
Panaji (Goa), Jan 21 (ANI): Ahead of Goa Assembly polls, son of late former chief minister Manohar Parrikar, Utpal on January 21 announced that he will contest the upcoming election as an Independent candidate from Panaji Constituency.“I will be contesting as an Independent candidate from Panaji constituency,” said Utpal.
