New Delhi, Feb 01 (ANI): Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal on Friday presented the interim budget 2019 and said, "We kept our promise of implementing one-rank-one pension for our soldiers. Previous governments only made promises, we implemented it. Defence budget Rs 3 lakh crore passed,"Piyush Goyal said while presenting interim Budget 2019."
