BSE closes points 41.84 down on June 9

New Delhi, June 9 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay stock exchange today closed 41.84 points down to stand at 26,481.25. At the national stock exchange the nifty closed 21.75 points down to stand at 8,022.40. KEC and NESTLE INDIA advanced research company ltd. were among the top gainers of group with an increase of 16.83% and 8.00% along with HATHWAY and SREINFRA with an increase of 7.47% and 5.07% respectively, while the top losers of group a include UNITECH and APOLLOTYRE with a decrease of 8.03% and 7.70% along with CEATLTD and BHARAT FORGE with a decrease of 6.37% and 5.22% at the close of the markets. The auto sector is down 131.34 points at 17,794.83 while the banking sector is up 20.70 points at 20,061.47 and the realty sector is down 21.50 points at 1,374.99. The Indian currency is up 0.28 % at Rs 63.90 per dollar.
