BSE closes 45.07 points down on Oct 7

New Delhi, Oct 07 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 45.07 points down to stand at 28,061.14. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 11.95 points down to stand at 8,697.60. Sun TV Network Ltd and Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 7.34% and 6.76% along with Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd and Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd with an increase of 5.55% and 4.79% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Info Edge (India) Ltd and South Indian Bank Ltd with a decrease of 5.85% and 3.23% along with Marksans Pharma Ltd and Bharti Infratel Ltd with a decrease of 3.23% and 2.96% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 139.94 points at 22849.09 while the Banking sector is down 6.18 points at 22152.52 and the Realty sector is down 2.09 points at 1573.43. The Indian currency is 0.04% up with Rs 66.72 per dollar.
