BSE closes 445.91 points up on Sept 06

New Delhi, Sept. 06 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 445.91 points up to stand at 28,978.02. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 133.35 points up to stand at 8,943.00. Prestige Estates Projects Ltd and Redington (India) Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 8.16% and 7.20% along with Tata Motors Ltd and Indian Bank with an increase of 7.19% and 7.00% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd and MINDTREE LTD with a decrease of 9.51% and 5.13% along with Den Networks Ltd and Network18 Media and Investments Ltd with a decrease of 3.61% and 2.46% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is up 631.26 points at 22,940.83 while the Banking sector is up 675.97 points 23,479.54 and the Realty sector is up 18.80 points at 1544.35. The Indian currency is 0.43% down at Rs 66.53 per dollar.
