BSE closes 371.16 points down on March 28

New Delhi, Mar 28 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 371.16 points down to stand at 24,966.40. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 101.40points down to stand at 7,615.10.Delta Corp Ltd and GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 7.44% and 6.43% along with AIA Engineering Ltd and Biocon Ltd with an increase of 5.12% and 3.31% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Natco Pharma Ltd and RattanIndia Power Limited with a decrease of 12.61% and 9.92% along with Vedanta Limited Ltd and Hindalco Industries Ltd with a decrease of 9.04% and 8.66% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 258.10 points at 17571.98 while the Banking sector is down 348.50 points at 17761.69 and the Realty sector is down 53.55 points at 1177.57.The Indian currency was down with 0.08% with Rs. 66.58 per dollar.
