BSE closes 36.20 points up on April 21

New Delhi, April 21 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 36.20 points up to stand at 25,880.38. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed2.70 points down to stand at 7,912.05. Amtek Auto Ltd and Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 8.52% and 6.89%along with Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd and ICICI Bank Ltd with an increase of 6.28% and 6.26% respectively, while the top losers of group A includes Wipro Ltd and Network18 Media and Investments Ltd with a decrease of 7.01% and 4.49% along with Crisil Ltd and Page Industries Ltd with a decrease of 4.38% and 4.14% at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down 53.43 points at 18539.41 while the Banking sector is up 363.37 points at 18951.46 and the Realty sector is down 19.58 pointsat 1312.03. The Indian currency was up at 0.11% with Rs. 66.30 per dollar.
