BSE closes 231.94 points down on Dec 12
New Delhi, Dec 12 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 231.94 points down to stand at 26,515.24. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 90.95 points down to stand at 8,170.80. Aban Offshore Ltd and Tata Elxsi Ltd were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 4.84 percent and 4.11 percent along with National Aluminium Co. Ltd and TTK Prestige Ltd with an increase of 3.84 percent and 3.73 percent respectively while the top losers of group A include Bajaj Finance Ltd and Berger Paints India Ltd with a decrease of 5.66 percent and 5.49 percent along with Pidilite Industries Ltd and Kajaria Ceramics Ltd with a decrease of 5.05 percent and 4.54 percent at the close of markets. The Auto sector is down at 353.74 points at 20,109.97 while the Banking sector is down at 356.85 points at 21,054.37and the Realty sector is down at 6.43 points at 1,292.07. The Indian currency remains stable at 0.00 percent with Rs 67.42 per dollar.
