BSE closes 21.20 points up on Oct 11

New Delhi, OCT 11 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 21.20 points up to stand at 28,082.34. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 11.20 points up to stand at 8,708.80. Tata Steel Ltd and ACC Ltd. were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 2.91 percent and 2.65 percent along with Asian Paints Ltd. and Cipla Ltd with an increase of 2.37 percent and 1.86 percent respectively while the top losers of group A Bank of Baroda and Reliance Industries Ltd with a decrease of 1.16 percent and 1.14 percent along with Bharti Airtel Ltd and NTPC Ltd with a decrease of 1.11 percent and 1.11 percent at the close of the markets. The Auto sector is down at 16.59 points 22832.50 while the Banking sector is down at 29.80 points at 22122.72 and the Realty sector is down at 19.00 points at 1554.43. The Indian currency is 0.21% down with 66.53 per dollar.
