BSE closes 14.77 points up on Oct 06
New Delhi, Oct 06 (ANI): Trading at the Bombay Stock Exchange today closed 14.77 points down to stand at 28,106.21. At the National Stock Exchange the Nifty closed 34.40 points down to stand at 8,709.55 Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited and Info Edge (India) Ltd. were among the top gainers of group A with an increase of 10.14 percent and 5.48 percent along with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd and Gujarat Pipavav Port Ltd with an increase of 5.44 percent and 5.18 respectively while the top losers of group A Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd and Jindal Steel and Power Ltd with a decrease of 5.52 percent and 5.09 along with Redington (India) Ltd and Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd with a decrease of 3.77 percent and 3.50 percent. The Auto sector is down at 157.14 points 22709.15 while the Banking sector is down at 156.85 points at 22158.70 and the Realty sector is down at 23.59 points at 1575.52. The Indian currency is 0.26% up with 66.67 per dollar.
