Jubilant Pharma redeems Senior Notes aggregating USD 200 mn
Capital MarketJubilant Pharmova announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jubilant Pharma, Singapore has on 18 August 2022 redeemed the principal amount of US$200,000,000 6% Senior Notes Due in 2024 at a redemption price of 103% together with the accrued interest.
After the said redemption, the Notes have been paid in full and no amount remains outstanding under the Notes. Further, Jubilant Pharma does not have any other securities listed on SGX.
