The Board of Olectra Greentech will meet on 01 September 2022 to consider and evaluate the proposals for fund raising by way of issue of equity shares /convertible securities/warrants/ any other securities or combination thereof, through public and/ or private offerings including preferential issue, qualified institutional placement or combination thereof or any other permissible methods, subject to approval from the shareholders and sanctions/approvals from the other regulatory/ governmental authorities, as may be required.
