Axis Bank allots 13,359 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 13,359 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the Bank on 17 August 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,31,49,296 (307,15,74,648 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,31,76,014 (307,15,88,007 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
