Bengal's BJP MP orders mobile online, receives stones instead

Malda (West Bengal), Oct 30 (ANI): Khagen Murmu, BJP MP from Malda North alleged that he was delivered stones instead of mobile phone that he ordered online. While speaking to ANI, he said, "My son ordered a Samsung mobile phone from Amazon. When we opened the packet we found a box of Redmi 5A. On opening it, I found stones."

PM Modi, Saudi Crown Prince sign several agreements

Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Oct 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud signed the Strategic Partnership Council Agreement to further cement the bilateral ties in political, defence, security, trade and investment sectors between the two countries. Several agreements in the fields of defence industries collaboration, security cooperation, air services agreement, and renewable energy among others were signed. Prime Minister is in Saudi Arabia at the invitation of the Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Oct 30 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi emplaned for New Delhi from Riyadh on October 30. PM Modi paid a visit to Saudi Arabia at the invitation of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. He was on a 2-day visit to Saudi Arabia. During the visit, a number of MoUs were signed in several areas including energy, civil aviation, security cooperation, defence, regulation of medical products to further strengthen cooperation across the sectors. The two sides held bilateral talks during which they reviewed the historical and close relations that bind two friendly countries and their people.

Krishna District (AP), Oct 29 (ANI): A part of the roof of a primary school in Andhra Pradesh's Surampalli village collapsed. The roof collapsed as the building was in dilapidated condition. Around 35 students were present during the incident. Mishap occurred during school hours but the classroom was not occupied when the incident occured. No injuries were reported.

US President confirms death of ISIS chief al-Baghdadi

He said, "Last night the United States brought the world's number one terrorist leader to justice. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is dead. He was the founder and leader of ISIS, the most ruthless and violent terror organisation anywhere in the world." President Trump further added, "He will never again harm another innocent man, woman or child. He died like a dog, he died like a coward. The world is now a much safer place."

World Military Games 2019: Boxer Deepak raises question over judgment after losing finals

Wuhan (China), Oct 27 (ANI): Indian Boxer Deepak Kumar lost the final match of the men's light fly 46-49 kg weight category against Zhussupov Temritas from Kazakhstan. Kumar had to settle with a silver medal. After the match the Indian boxer questions over the judgment that was given in the summit clash. , "I tried my best. The referee never questioned my opponent even when he committed a foul," he said. The Kazak boxer defeated Deepak 5-0 in the final.

EAM Jaishankar meets Kuwait Foreign Minister in Baku

Design Festa is an art festival where over 12,000 artists gather twice a year to showcase their art. Many visitors come to see the diverse art, design, and craft of the exhibitors. Some exhibitors dress in costumers and some exhibitors are playful with the visitors. Artists showing a new take on Japanese art gave live painting demonstrations as well. Rugby World Cup triggers local economy in Japan
