Zoho Corporation, the SaaS-based company is planning to expand its business to the Internet of Things (IoT) offerings under its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for industries including automotive sector. The company, which has been into organic growth so far, would be looking for small tuck in acquisitions as the global SaaS industry is moving towards consolidation now, said Sridhar Vembu, CEO of Zoho.The company has integrated WebNMS, a division which has been working on IoT, into Zoho as part of integrating its offerings. Software as a Service (SaaS) major Zoho Corp is incubating start ups in different fields including a medical technology firm, and is expected to come out with announcements regarding them soon. According to sources, there are at least four such companies in which Zoho has made investments or have shown interest in. This include Zentron Labs, a company automating processes that require visual checking and vTitan, an international company with offices in California, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, engaged in the development, manufacture, distribution and sales of broad range of medical devices and consumables used in global healthcare markets.
