At least 12 fire tenders, 15 water tankers and other specialised equipment were rushed to battle the blaze
Faulty electricity systems caused 33,946 blazes, 1,116 incidents were due to gas leakage while 14,329 cases were due to other reasons
The building does not have the mandatory Occupation Certificate granted by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation, but it was already occupied by around 58 flat owners

Fire department officials confirmed no one was trapped inside the building
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained
