In the past six months, HSCL has outperformed the market by surging 75 per cent, as compared to a 9 per cent decline in the S&P BSE Sensex.
Thus far in the calendar year 2019, the stock has tanked 55% as compared to 13% rise in the S&P BSE Sensex.
The stock was trading 4% higher at Rs 159, extending its Wednesday's 3.4% gain on the BSE, after the government imposed anti-dumping duty on Chinese imports of Sulphonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde.
