Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) regulations 2015 and the companys code of conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives the trading window for trading in the equity shares of the Company will be closed for the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday the 1st April 2025 to Friday the 2nd May 2025 (Both days inclusive).
