Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe (DIN-08668140) as an Additional Director in the Category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a term of three years with effect from 25/01/2023 to 24/01/2026 subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.Further this is to confirm that Smt. Rashmi Hemant Urdhwareshe appointed on the Board of the Company is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI MCA RBI order or any other such regulatory authority.
