Please find enclosed the Certificate issued under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 by KFin Technologies Limited RTA of the Company for the period 1st January 2025 to 31st March 2025.

This is to inform you that the trading window will remain closed with effect from 1st April 2025 until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has received an Order from the Assistant Commissioner Jurisdiction: Sector 3 (Mobile Squad) Etawah Uttar Pradesh.

This is to inform you that the Operations of the Company at its plant located at Jhagadia Gujarat have been partially affected due to a strike that commenced today. The Company is in continuous discussion with workers to resolve the situation amicably.At present the impact of this event is being assessed and the Company is managing demand through available resources.The Company will continue to keep the Stock Exchanges informed of any material developments in this regard.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Mr. Rajneet Singh Kohli (DIN: 09743554) Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company has submitted his resignation on 5th March 2025 to pursue an opportunity outside Britannia.
