The compliance of SEBI(PIT)Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereto and further clarification given by BSE vide its letter dated 02nd April 2019 vide Ref No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 regarding trading restriction period for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday 01st April 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 (both days inclusive).The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchange.
