Symphony Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve (i) the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company Limited Review Reports for the third quarter / nine months ended December 31 2022 and; (ii) proposal for buyback of the equity shares of the Company including matters related / incidental thereto (Buyback).
