SUBEX LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/02/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Notice pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 be and is hereby given that the Meeting No. 5/2022-23 of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 3 2023 at Bengaluru to consider and approve inter alia the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) as per the Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter ended December 31 2022.
