Closure of trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ending on 31st March 2025 from 26th March 2025 (Wednesday) till further communication in this regard

1. resignation of Mr. Junya Yamanishi Managing Director & CEO (DIN No. 09174162) effective from 16.04.2025. Consequently he will ceased to be Director and Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from 16.04.2025(end of business hours). 2.appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company with effect from 17th April 2025 subject to issue of DIN by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Govt. of India. 3. appointment of Mr. Yasushi Nishikawa as Managing Director & CEO of the Company with effect from 17th April 2025 for a period of five (5) years subject to the approval of the Shareholders and Central Government if required. 4. re-appointment of Mr. Anuj Kumar Sethi (AVP- Corporate Planning IT and Special Application Cell) a Senior Management Personnel of the Company as AVP- Corporate Planning IT and Special Application Cell for one (1) year w.e.f. 1st April 2025. Mr. Sethi is superannuating on 31st March 2025.
