QTL/Sec/2024-25/257 dated February 11 2025 regarding notice received by the Company under Section 13(8) of Securitisation and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 9SARFAESI) to sell the secured assets of the Company we wish to further inform the Exchange that M/s IDBI Trusteeship Services Limited has published e-auction sale notice for sale of immovable properties of the Company under SARFAESI Act 2002.
