Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 in addition to the outcome of Board Meeting given today We are pleased to inform the Stock Exchange that the Board of Directors at their meeting held today have passed a resolution for allotment of 52500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the Eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their Options. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
