In continuation of our communication dated 07.12.2022 regarding appointment of Shri Arun Kumar Singh as chairman of the Company. It is informed that the Board at its meeting held on 24.01.2023 has appointed Shri Singh as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Accordingly Shri Singh is designated as Chairman & CEO of the Company.
