Network 18 Media & Investments Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve inter-alia the Audited Financial Results (standalone & consolidated) for quarter and year ended March 31 2025.As informed through our communication dated March 28 2025 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from April 1 2025 and shall remain closed until 48 hours after the audited financial results become generally available information on April 18 2025.

We inform you that Mr. Rajat Nigam Group Chief Technological Officer moves into a new role within the group with effect from April 1 2025 and consequently he ceases to be a part of the Senior Management of the Company from April 1 2025.

We inform you that pursuant to the Network18 Code to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate Relatives shall remain closed w.e.f. Tuesday April 1 2025 and shall end 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending March 31 2025 become generally available information.
