Board of Directors of the Company held their meeting today i.e. Friday 28th February 2025 have inter alia considered and declared for the FY 2024-25 Interim Dividend of INR 3.00/- per Equity Share and Special Dividend of 14.50/- per Equity Share of the Company having face value of INR 5.00/- each.
