This is to inform you that the Board of Directors (Board) of the Company has at its meeting held today i.e. February 3 2023 inter-alia approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of Marico Limited for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2022 (Financial Results). The Financial Results and the Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report thereon are enclosed. The Board meeting commenced at 12 noon and subsequent to approval of the above matters will continue till its scheduled time up to 5:15 p.m.
