Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time and the Companys code of conduct for regulating Monitoring Reporting trading by Designated Person Connected Person and their Immediate relatives the trading Window of the Company for dealing in the Companys shares by the Designated persons connected person and immediate relatives will be closed from 1st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial result for quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
