Ref: SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated 31.12.2024.As per the above mentioned SEBI circular and Pursuant to Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Integrated Filings (Governance) is applicable for the Filings to be done for the quarter ended 31.12.2024 and onwards.
