We write to advise that the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) at the meeting held today i.e. 3rd February 2023 appointed Mr. Peter Rajatilakan Chittaranjan as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the said date representing the General Insurers (Public Sector) Association of India. Brief profile and other details of Mr. Chittaranjan as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with the SEBI Circular dated9th September 2015 are given in the Annexure.We further advise that the Board at the aforesaid meeting also recommended for the approval of the Members appointment of Mr. Chittaranjan as a Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from 15th March 2023.
