Public issue of 6,889,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price of Rs. 875/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 865/- per equity share, aggregating Rs. 602.79 crores (the Issue). The issue would constitute 10% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of the company.Issue price : Rs. 875/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10/-The face value of the equity shares is Rs.10 and the cap price is 87.5 times of the face value.

Objective of issue

Capitalization of our subsidiaries. Launch of new TV channels. Construction of corp. office & studio facilities. Purchase new equipment & upgradation of equipment. General corporate purposes.
